I am the same way... night owl. But now that we've moved to the Nashville, TN area, work and commute are requiring me to switch to an earlier schedule. I need to get up around 5:30 just so I can leave at 6:00. So far, I've not been able to do that. I've been doing okay with a 6:00 - 6:30 wakeup. Unfortunately, I have some variable child care responsibilities during the night so I am feeling squeezed a bit on both ends of the spectrum.
